RETROFIT PROGRAM Incentives for High Efficiency AC and Packaged Rooftop Units

Install energy efficient equipment and receive up to 50% of your project costs.

Save energy and cut costs by replacing your Unitary AC or Packaged Rooftop Unit (RTU) with a High Efficiency Unit and receive financial incentives towards the equipment. You can get $1,000 or more.

Determine your financial incentive based on the size or load of the unit and the associated Energy Efficiency Rating (EER).

The Retrofit Program makes it possible for commercial organizations to install and benefit from newer, more energy efficient solutions that will help you operate your business more efficiently and improve your bottom line.

Incentives are available for high efficiency equipment such as lighting, motors and heating and for installing new control systems to improve the overall efficiency of your building.

Apply up to 45 days after unplanned installation date.

Incentives are available for applications submitted between January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.

ENERGY AUDIT FUNDING

The AUDIT FUNDING incentive is intended to cover up to 50% of the cost of an energy audit.

An energy audit is the first step in understanding how energy is being used in your building. This will help you reduce operating costs and improve performance.

Business customers are eligible for incentives to complete energy audits assessing the potential for energy savings through equipment replacement, operational practices, or participation in Demand Response initiatives and other building systems and envelopes projects.

We will work together to identify the best and most sustainable energy management program for your business.
