How does Crisis Text Line work?
- Text HOME to 686868 anytime and anywhere from Canada
- A trained Crisis Responder (a real-life human being) receives the text and responds.
- The volunteer Crisis Responder will answer your text from a secure line and will help to calm you down, analyze your quandary and suggest how to overcome your struggles.
It is important to point out, that all Crises Responders are volunteers ready to help others in need.
