Senior Homeowner’s Property Tax Grant
This tax grant is an annual amount provided to help offset property taxes for seniors with low and moderate incomes who own their own homes.

Community Care Access Centres coordinate services for seniors, people with disabilities and people who need health care services in the community to help them live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Provincial Land Tax Deferral Program for Low-Income Seniors and Low-Income Persons with Disabilities
Low-Income Seniors and Low-Income Persons with Disabilities may apply for a partial deferral of Provincial Land Tax and Education Tax. The tax deferral applies to the tax increase in the current year and not to outstanding taxes.
