The Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) informed on February 14, 2020, that starting on April 1, 2020 the fees are increasing by 6 percent; this increase also applies to the Assessment Review Board (ARB) and the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT).

According to the release, the augment is necessary in order to compensate the costs of providing services for all Ontarians in a fair and expedited manner.
